Hey P, you know of or do yourself any posing seminars or classes in the Toronto area?

Go see Mike Kwao he is a posing genius and a great teacher...worked with him once and it made a world of difference.

Yea I figure its my first show Id like to do as best as I possibly can, and Ive seen videos of people with no clue how to pose LOL but luckily for me I got lots of time before I have to get ready :P

Make sure to not only go now, but when you get leaner...Posing when you're even 10 weeks out is not nearly the same as when all your strengths and weaknesses are clearly visible through all layers of bodyfat. When you're not quite lean, you can definitely learn how a pose is supposed to be done. But it isn't until you're ripped before you can perfect each and every pose to display the strengths to your best ability. (ex. each pose has slight variations, and everyone has an optimal way to display their own body).

I second that sentiment. BIG difference when ripped as opposed to lean as opposed to offseason.
