View Full Version : light bulk + cut in same cycle? critique my layout

I was thinking of cutting to get me prepared how I would target it for a show I plan to do next year. I am currently 215pounds 5"10 about 15%bodyfat, my goal for thiscycle is to gain about 4-5 lbs of muscle while dropping my bodyfat to 9-10%. I'd like to have my cycle critiqued to see if I can tweak it in anyways. I will be finding someone I can pay for a proper diet to set for me, but would like to know if i have my gear used properly.

Week 1-2
Test prop 100mg/EOD, Turinabol 60mg/day, Clen raised gradually till 100mcg/day

Weeks 3-4
Test prop 100mg/EOD, Turinabol 60mg/day

Weeks 4-6
Test prop 100mg/eod, Clen up to 100mcg/day, ketotifen 2mg/day,

Weeks 6-12
Test prop 100mg/eod, Clen 100mcg/day, Ketotifen 2mg/day, Tren 75mg/day, T3 50mg/day

I was going to start clen in the beginning to help me shred quicker in the start then stop it for two weeks, then begin again at week 4 once I have completed the slight bulk up session, then begin incorporating clen again with ketotifen so i can use it the whole duration. Weeks 6 time I would be including tren and t3 to further enhance the fatloss and prevent too much muscle loss with tren being added.

100mg prop eod? id bump that up to 150 eod start the tren at week 1 @ 75mg eod and just get rid of the oral turinabol all together.......run it for 8 weeks with clean food and you'll be g2g

well in terms of gaining muscle, I had gotten into an accident while off cycle and got injured, and lost a bit of muscle. The first 3 weeks was just to gain my muscle back and then continue on with the cut, what are your opinions?

Look good to me. Watch out for your blood pressure with clen and tren. It can be dangerous.

Personally, I dont like tren because it get me unhealthy (Out of breath, high blood pressure and bad cholesterol goes up.)

I think 500mg of test is enough to maintain your muscle mass. I like using masteron with it as it reduce estrogen and give me a great look(much harder)

I would keep the fatburners like you did. Good idea IMO.

150mg of prop eod with masteron(only when you are sub 10%). No orals (tough on liver and cholesterol, usually give more acne)

Three weeks to gain muscle back LOL thats funny!! You are kidding right?

I would of thought at least muscle memory would kick back into full drive to gain it quick, considering it is only 3 pounds of muscle about. What would be your opinion in constructing a cycle mearly to lean down while gaining my few pounds lost from my injury and missing the gym. I am in full operational condition now so I'd rather lean down from 15%-9 or 10% and maintain a learner build.

16 weeks....8 lean mass gain and then 8 to diet off any excess fat.
