600mg/w 12w test -e
60mg/day 1-5w dbol
400mg/w 12w decca


planning this for my 2nd cycle. My first cycle was omnadren250 8 weeks at 500mg/w with one or 2 weeks of 750mg. Gained but it didnt seem like it did much so I'm planning out a "real" cycle this time around.

nolva/clomid pct.

I'm 210-220lbs 6'1 10-14% bf 2 years lifting

My first cycle I did alone with minimal instruction so I have some questions...

EOD or E3D for this cycle?

Is it possible to miss the muscle and make the injections useless or no matter what does it get into your muscle?

For the dbol do I do 2 in the morn 2 at lunch 2 at night or just 6 at once?

The omna didnt give me much for mood swings just the occasion getting a lil more mad that I should have when the gf did something stupid. Should I expect more with this? I'm a mechanic and bouncer at a club here where I live and I don't wanna go overboard and break someones bones lol

This site has answered loads of my questions but I'm sure I'll think of more lol just wanted to thank you guys in advance

I think this is a rookie mistake. Your first cycle you should of gained 20-30lbs (IMO) on even the tiny bit of test you had. I do not think you had an issue with your cycle nor do I think this one is much more real (and you eating 100mg of dbol a day, let alone in the middle of the cycle, is retarded). I would reevaluate everything from your last cycle and how you train now, and see what REALLY needs to be changed other than the drugs themselves.

I gained 30 on the omna. lost 10 after so end result I gained 20.. I'm just saying more "real" cycle because I wanted to gain a lot more. rookie mistake I thought all I had to do was 1 cycle to be huge lol. I understand that now, but I want to gain 40 this cycle.

The above cycle was recommended to me by a friend who's a competitive body builder, I understand 100mg is a lot so I planned for 60mg/day but this is why I'm asking for opinions here, I don't think I'm all knowing and I dont plan on jamming that much shit into my body until I know everything I can. Like I said all I've tryed is omnadren.

I edited original to 60mg/day for 5 weeks also it wasn't in the middle of a cycle its from the start for 5 weeks to jump start the test

You will not gain another 40pounds. If we could gain 30-40lbs every cycles, pro bodybuilders would be 500lbs lol. If you gain more than 20lbs, you have massive retention (which mean you dont eat clean/you convert too much in estrogen).

An advanced trainer would be very pleased to gain 10lbs of lean mass every year. I'm not talking about 10lbs of bloaty mass. I'm talking fat free lean mass. Imagine 10lbs of ground beef on you... That's a lot of new muscle!

Just focus on diet and gain lean muscle mass. It takes years to gain 40 lbs.

I see a lot of people thinking they eat enough. Tell them how much protein or carbs they get, they say around 300-350 pro and carbs. Tell them do you weigh your food and they say no. When I dieted past few years, i didn't weigh my food and thought I was getting enough protein/carbs/fats. This year my body changed drastically once i got the damn scale. I was eating half what i was supposed to eat. Also clean bulking made biggest difference in the world, no cheating. More gear=waste of money. Put money on food, results will be awesome.

You will be lucky to gain 10lb lean muscle off cycle like that. I agree with above and focus on clean bulking.

thats a good cycle, only thing you might consider is waiting until week 4 to start the dbol. and 60mg is A LOT - if the gear you have is legit, you will be too pumped to work out. start out at 30mg split into 3 doses of 10mg, and if you need to, go up from there.

meal 2: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, veggies - pro/carb

meal 3: 6 oz. salmon, 1/2 cup lentils - fatty protein/mod carb

meal 4: 2 medium tilapia filets, 30 almonds, veggies - pro/fat

meal 5: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice - pro/carb

meal 6: 3 scoop protein shake post workout - pro


this is the meal plan i've been using as a guideline only I am allergic to fish so I try and take a shake or sub for beef or something instead.

meal 2: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, veggies - pro/carb (380+220CALS)=600CALS

meal 3: 6 oz. salmon, 1/2 cup lentils - fatty protein/mod carb (350+120)=470CALS

meal 4: 2 medium tilapia filets, 30 almonds, veggies - pro/fat (220+200)=420CALS

meal 5: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice - pro/carb (380+220CALS)=600CALS

meal 6: 3 scoop protein shake post workout - pro (360CALS)

3000CALS. That's not alot of calories. Seem okay if you are endomorph and 200lbs. If you're not like that, you need more calories.

Add 50g of carbs Postworkout. You wont gain fat and it will help to gain lean mass. Also, have a solid meal 60-90min after. Chicken and rice is a good choice!

That meal plan is too low in fat and calories to bulk on. I would suggest whole eggs, don't waste the whites. Change your chicken breast to thighs or drums with skin (you will save money too) and you could throw in some beef.
