early prostate symtoms during cycle

what are the early or symptoms of prostate probs during cycle ? like the more commmon ones what to loook out for and how to compensate.
do certain aas place more stress or englarge of prostate?

Ive posted before that there is little to no proof of enlarged prostate from aas.

ok thanks, on a side note do nuts and oils and natty peanut butter have to be kept in fridge or is a cupboard fine. i head they go rancid after a while.

If they are raw yes.

I keep my natty pb in the cupboard after its been opened. Just store it upside down and it will always be mixing when you turn it right way up to get a spoonful. Never gone rancid on me.

You cant tell its rancid...its just loses its potency as per efa's....keep it refrigerated...as it says on the label.

Wish I knew this 10-15 years ago.General consensus was with age this was likely.
