Anyone else having issues with TP's last shipment to Canada. The reason I'm asking is because it normally takes 9-10 days to reach me, however, this time the tracking has not been updated since Sep. 20. According to the tracking # it hasn't even reached the border yet. A friend of mine who also placed an order at the same time is having the same issue

I havent had any difficulty yet...I am expecting my pack this week, i ordered it last Tuesday..Typically 7 biz days for me..Ill let you know...In the meantime dont hesitate to get in touch with them at the contact info on the site...

I have spoken with Andrea, great person to deal with, she has initiated a trace for me. Going to take 1-8 days. I've been ordering on a monthly basis from TP for the last 3 years...I have their shipping times down to a tee and have never had an issue before. That is why I find this time rather odd. Anyhow, I know it's not TP's problem and they are doing what they can to help.

Got a response from TP...it seem UPS lost the pallet



I apologize, there has been a change in plans. UPS has indeed found the lost pallet, it will hit Vancouver in the morning. They are going to expedite the packages that are on this pallet. This will in fact be faster than if we reship your order. I hope this works for you. You can track your original tracking number anytime in the afternoon just to see the updated scan and hopefully a estimated delivery date. Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank-you for the update....appreciated baconbits!!,They are very good at communication, things go wrong from time to time...It is good to know they get back in a timely fashion to fix things up.....Good stuff...

Recvd my shipment on october 6th..........7 biz days, this time on the west coast vancouver island......Exact same as alberta....It was my first one at my new addy, im happy it was as quick!!!

my 2nd order from them was here in 5 business days to Vancouver. Great services and top notch procuts. Thanks again...
