I have a question regarding the use of both Drop-set's and Rest Pause training.

Q: I am setting up ( working on a routine ) in which i will utilize both forms
of training, but not sure how it will effect your CNS or recovery time ?
In what order would you place the use of dropsets and rest pause training ?

If you are just starting out you dont need either...stick to straight sets and increase the weight you are lifting...mainly concentrate on the big three....bench, dead lift, squat.
