IFBB PRO Ben P is coming to Ottawa next Saturday and will be giving a seminar for 30$ for 3hrs it seems. He's one of the smarter, more health conscious Pro's and I think it would be fun and totally worth the money.

This will be $30 well spent if anyone is in the area and can make it. Ben's knowledge, especially for his age, is world class. Second to his own intensive research, he's worked with some of the best in the world the last few years including Charles Glass, Hany Rambod and Charles Poliquin. Global Vitamins has arranged for many vendors to be there as well and is one of the only stores around to carry Poliquin's supplements around Ottawa. He's doing a Q&A session as well and you will get the no BS answers you really want from Ben. It's being held at the Hilton Hotel beside the Ottawa Airport and doors open at 9AM for best seating, seminar starts at 10.

Since there are a lot of people on the board from the Ottawa area, I am surprised there isn't more interest about this. I know it's Nationals weekend but still.

Too bad same weekend as nationals..I personally would love to go but will be in Montreal with couple athletes in final hours...this would have been a great event for Sat morn in Laval with the best and biggest collection of national level athletes and their teams already there...I'm big fan of Ben and his no bs attitude...this will be a great seminar and honestly not aware of it til this thread popped up here today and I see it was started couple days ago so I missed it to it got bumped today...

I hear you, but for the Ottawa peep's both are still doable. We're gonna hit the seminar then take the evening drive to MTL, stay the night and hit prejudge in the AM. Originally Ben was driving down with us after the seminar as well, but they added the 2nd day to train with Ben. $ first, gotta support your career #1. I think you will be in luck in a way though we're going to record the event and I foresee him putting some of it in his new DVD he is working on if the quality turns out the way he wants it.

Great seminar, Ben was great. Well worth the 30$.
