So i am back into training full on and am looking for the best Intra/PWO supplement. For those of you who have used BOTH Size On and Cell-tech, what would you say is the better supplement??

Keep in mind that i have used creatine mono with great success in the past but i am looking for an all in one supp. Also, please do not recommend any Pre-workout supps as most, if not all contain caffeine and i am very sensitive to any amount of stimulants. Shoot, i can barely tolerate my morning cup of coffee lately...

Anyways, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I use a BCAA intra-workout - so you may try Cytosport Monster Amino, PVL Xtravol, Scivation Xtend...etc
Post workout - I just make my own - Karbolyn with egg whites (you could have protein powder)

Both Size On and Cell-Tech have creatine - you don't need that intra or post-workout. Just take it anytime during the day. If you insist on taking Cell-Tech just make it yourself - creatine mono and dextrose from the Bulk Barn. Throw in some Kool-Aid for taste and ALA if you want to.

FYI...Cytosport's Fast Twitch (Lemonade only) and Dymatize's Xpand Caffeine Free both have no caffeine.

cog,
Do you mean "creatine"?
If so, what type did you use? How did you take it?

I've never seen a caffeine-free version of Super Pump.

Cog - not too sure what you are asking. Are you saying that micro creatine is recommended during the loading phase?
