1. p,
i read somewhere caffeine like sugar can increase blood sugar spike and then make u crash is this true? is this the reason why sometimes (i know i shouldn't be doing this, but i can't always eat according to schedule at work and if amiss a meal or haven't eaten in a long time, and my work is strenuous that my blood sugar drops and i feel dizzy and confused, and then i quickly need to eat to restore levels?
i am not diabetic but once in a while exp this? (i also noticed this when my breakfast is purely high glycemic and not balance liked only fruits that i get this dip hours later and then scramble to find food. perhaps i should just be having a protein/slower burning carbs and fats for morning shake?
also noticed it happens mostly day after i drank the night before lots, cause i don't drink much to begin with.
thx
