Totally off-topic. Do you guys/girls travel on a personnal/work level? Where have you been and what were your experience like?
I get to travel for work maybe 3-4 times a year. I've been to these places below:
Los Angeles, US
Buffalo, US
Regina
Moscow, Russia
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Lapaz, Bolivia
Santiago, Chile
London. UK
Frankfurt, Germany
Puerto Plata and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Without a doubt the most boring place was Regina, most impressive city was Moscow, biggest cultural shock was Lapaz and my favorite was Santiago.
Don't know if you feel like me but every time I come back, god am I ever glad to be canadian. We are spoiled and live in such a nice country. Please share your experience.

Italy is definitely on my "to-do" list. Which city in Italy did you visit? Greece would be nice too.
Might be able to get the Prague trip at work in 2013 which was higly recommended by a co-worker. I'm all about the architecture and history type of cities.

Barcelona is the cheapest and best place to visit in Italia. It's a young and beautiful city. I've been there when they won the world cup. The after-party last a month. Crazy!
Prague is very beautiful too. Lots cheaper than the major european capitals. Also, the women there are so beautiful!!

Dude, those are really nice places. Vegas is cool as long as you don't pull a "Hangover". lol these movies are too funny. "Very Bad Things" is another one, don't bang a hooker in Vegas.
Did you travel there for work or this is on your own budget?

I just did lot of overtime for a year. With 25-30k, you can travel all around the world for 6-8 months. Maybe for a year if you sleep in hostels and/or select Eastern Europeans and Asian countries like Thailand.

Managua is a beautiful city, nothing like Nicaragua. 50k+ cars everywhere. Banks, 5 stars hotels, big buildings. 10 clicks away, peoples are living in house made of trashes. It's one of the poorest countries in America.
A nice place to visit would be the Masaya volcano. If you're into ecotourism, Nicaragua is cheap and beautiful.

Wish I would have the balls to go in Rio. Got a couple of people at work who got in trouble there. One got his leg sliced near one the beaches and they stole in wallet, other guy got a gun pointed in his face and they ripped his laptop. That's the thing in South America, life is not worth much. Paris and Berlin must of been something.
I was impressed with Heathrow airport when I was in London. Very impressive.

I got robbed at gun point (uzi lol) in Serbia. I went to a big rave in the forest. Hundred of peoples, no security at all and 100% free. After 3am, some vans arrived in the middle of nowhere. 10+ masked gun men were inside. They stole money, credit cards, passports, jewelries... All my important stuffs were in my tent. Everyone got robbed because nobody left anything valuable in their tent. I was in swimsuit and tank top. I had only 20usd on me and gave it to them.
One of the scariest and exciting night of my life!
