So I just started wrestling once again and am practicing 5-7 days a night for 3 hours which includes conditioning. Ive been working hard for just over a month and it was over year since I took this stuff seriously and I want my good body back. Im 78kg with some good muscles in chest shoulder and arm areas but im finding I still have my gut. By no means am I fat but I 2 years ago I had a visible 6 pack and now I can pinch like 2 inches of fat. Im looking for something that will help me just burn that of and will work well with my current diet last week I switched over to a more vegan diet to reduce fat intake no milk beef and stuff I get protein and calcium through supplements now. Also Im taking No-explode beefore workouts if that changes what I should take.

Any suggestions on something that will help me loose those last 10-15pounds.

Yes switch to a better diet...the one you are on will keep you fat or make you fatter. Vegan? protein and calcium from supps jeez...you really need to start learning about nutrition...not to mention your wrestling performance will improve dramatically on a proper diet. The last thing you need is a fat burner.

By no means am i the person to give any outstanding nutrition advice. Right now i am eating the "Paleo" style diet (lifestyle..whatever.) It is high in Fat and Protein and low in Carbs.
Since switching to this style of eating i initially lost some weight but have been slowly gaining again. I get most if not all my protein form natural meat or plant sources. I eat a tonne of veggies and leafy greens for calcium, also I take a multi vitamin. I do use carbs pre workout but i try to get them from fruit,or plant sources like oranges. Since i have a limited budget ( single income family ) i try as hard as i can to stay away from supplementation of anything that i can get from natural sources. Last thing here is that since I increased my fat intake i feel better mentally, physically and lost weight ( initially ) and seem to be making some lean gains in muscle. I took me some trial and error to get my nutrition to work for me and low carb high fat and protein was it. This may not be the case for everyone but it was for me. think of your body as a motor that runs on gas give it regular and it will run give it premium and it will run better, give it a gas diesel mix it will run but like crap blue smoke and all that. Give it water and well....
good luck with your goals hope you get it all dialed in.

Palo diet is great but to lose fat in a constant manner over time you will need to adjust the diet...fat content will b too high and so will carbs.
