going for unexpected day surgury on tues, got pre op assessment this coming friday, 8 weeks into NPP/test cycle, is there anything in standard pre-op blood work that will tip off to AAS use?

Probably man. A few things might be off, like your red blood cell count might be abnormal. Might cause a problem for your surgery, depending what is it about.
You should see your Doc and be honest about what you are doing.. There is now medical literature on AS like these, eg. tren and AD 50 ect and surgery.. as for the testosterone, many people are on this for HRT and have surgery.

The only thing a surgeon will care for is that your INR is within reasonable range. It should be ok though, maybe a tad bit depressed.

Yeah. It's pretty common to have a surgeon refuse to operate until INR is within safe range.
