Been having shoulder pain recently and I think I've got a shoulder impingement.

I was wondering if anyone knows what exercises I can do to help with this and also does anyone know where I can buy a "Shoulder Horn" in the GTA (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)? Found places online but they won't ship to Canada =(

Please ignore the "Shoulder Horn" request because I found something that's much better for shoulder impingement and also the shoulder overall. Plus it's a lot cheaper!

MOD: If you want to delete the entire thread please do so... I couldn't figure out how to delete it myself or I would have deleted the thread.

You really should , tex . Since my third treatment I feel 100% better. Before raising a 2.5lb plate up to my side I could make it about 15 deg. Now I'm up to 10lb plate straight out to 90 and even a bit more before I start feeling pain.

needles and suction cups does the trick :)

From what I can tell the shoulder horn is BS. Looks like you can only do one rotator cuff exercise in it and you really don't need the horn to do the exercise at all.

I remember seeing ads for it in body building rags years ago when I was a kid.
