p,

cholesterol was 5.9 doc says it should be below 5.2 he didn't say take anythig just normlal exercise etc.

i am using fish oil and evoo daily and other sources of healthy fats.
i am planning on taking 20mg policosonal with 30mg coenzyme q10 as i was told this is good natural stack instead of statins.

anything else i should take. i was told only need policosonal but add coq10 since policosonal lowers levels of coq10 in the heart and my product does come with both ingredients and nothing else.

i am only on anavar, is that hard on lipids. taking 60mg for next few months.

thx

Anavar is very hard on the lipids believe it or not, even low doses.

Drop that and your levels will be as the doctor wants as "normal".

Drop the var use prop instead.
Take red yeast extract
Take C0Q10
Increase soluable fiber
Take Niacin (B3)
If on cycle add 10mg ED of Tamoxifen...will keep lipids more stable

Id hold off on the red yeast as it as close to a statin as it gets.
