Just curious to how set up your training and cardio routine on a diet

wake up, black coffee, cardio, work/meal 1-2-3, home/meal 4, gym, shake/meal 5, meal 6, sleep

add cardio after training when morning cardio is over 60mins

Thats pretty much it...6 meals...eat every 3 hours...cardio starts once per day before breakfast and increases from there...split it at 60 min as Z83 says...training remains the same...heavy as possible 6-10 reps.

What about creatine.
One serving PWO and another one in the morning right? Should the first serving be taken as you wake up or after cardio with meal 1? I'm pretty sure it doesnt matter but what you guys do?

Ctreatine in the morning 1 tspn with water....you can take prior to cardio or after doesnt matter....and 1 tspn post workout.

do you still train to failure? Can someone not on AAS do as you do?

Yes still to failure just not beyond...aas or not you still need to train with max intensity...aas will allow faster recovery so you may need more time off if not assisted.
