Im about to start trying it, Ive heard nothing but good things. Its a little pricy but I found it cheapest to be at national nutrition its like 60 bucks for a big tub.

Its basically carbs and creatine no? Youre prolly farther ahead to go out and get a good insulin spiker / nutrient shuttler like karbolyn and just have that post workout with creatine and protein. It will prolly save you some money and work equally well.

8-yes i beleive so , from what I understand zero sugar thats why i was interested in it .....

karbolyn has zero sugar. im using it now and its pretty good. dextrose makes me feel like shit and bloats me badly so im into this new one for sure.

Theres actually no creatine in it. Its just a starch thats digests very very quickly, also no bloating that Ive ever read of from it. And yea no sugar. Although its "engineered" starch whatever that means lol

Great Product! Sorry, #8, it's not just sugar and creatine. This product is made out of Barely, hence why it thickens up like "Metamusil." I use to work for a Dist. here in Ontario and I sold tons of it! I put a friend of mine on it who was a boxer. He trained, sparred and still had energy to complete another hour of a workout. Another buddy who was a Hockey player. He set by 3rd period, he was hitting the ice like he just started the game.

Basically, what it does is give you a rapid recovery to hit your next set like your first. To have rapid replenishment to have amazing workouts....


Great stuff and I still use it!

good but pricey. Right now I'm using sci-fit's Karbo-lyn.
