Nice one. Made tons of progress in a couple years, the next couple years should be very interesting in terms of added strength and experience.

hard work is the key bro. i have been intensely dedicated for the last year, and did a huuuuge bulking cycle. was up to 250. now off cycle and am leaned right up, almost completely ripped at 216. Will be completely ripped in a week or two at this rate of diet, cardio, and IGF.
18 months ago i was a fat ****. couldnt lift 225. I am now pressing 315 and just had a high school reunion. everyone comented how huge i was and ripped i was and i will tell you. i have never felt better. I am also running alot, and enjoy runnning (even though its detrimental to body building). I will run a half marathon this september in edmonton, and thats huge for me. i was an athlete in highschool. and after working stressful jobs and drinking for so long, that altheticness went away. its nice to have it back

What was your BF at when you were 250? cause that where I will be at in another month at the rate im going. I plan on cutting down mid june to around 220. It is suprising how much fat you have once you start dieting, I had to lose a lot more then I thought when I did my first cut. I may need to get down to 215 to be under 8% this time around.

i didnt get tested. however my scale showed 18%, but scales suck. not accurate.
If at 253 pounds which was the heaviest i was and it was in fact 18%, LBM would have been 207 pounds. thats probably somewhat accurate. Now at 216, and off cycle for a month, I am around 9% i would say putting LBM at 197 pound give or take. So a loss of 10 pounds of muscle, and 27 pounds of fat and water over a very lean PCT with tons of cardio. Next cycle will be a lean gaining cycle with NPP, test and EQ. Prob 12 weeks. Should rip the **** out of me, and boost me up quite a bit. Net gains at this point in time for my 10 month cycle was gained 20 pounds muscle, and lost 30 pounds of fat.
