Hey P,
Keep up the awesome work on CBB. This is by far the most informative section of the forum IMO.

I just have a question in regards to what type of food I should be consuming while trying to gain strength, or even better, what type of diet would u recommend to someone training like a powerlifter. I am all natural and have recentlty started a powerlifting routine in early September. Any advice would be most welcomed.

It all depends on your height andwhere you are body weight wise...most guys starting out need to gain serious weight...just listen to Dave Tate...which means high protein plus moderate fat plus moderate carbs. If you are 5"10 or more most likely you will compete in the 242lb class or higher. What is your age-height-weight?

Sorry for the delay response. I am 26, 5'5 and 169 pounds. I am not looking to compete anytime soon but I do wanna gain bigger numbers on the big three lifts.

You still need to eat big and lift big...google Dave Tate and learn the basic lifts and how to perform them correctly...then read as much as you can by Dave, Louie Simmons, Jim Wendler etc and start lifting.
