Ellenberger meets BC's Rory Macdonald tonight.Macdonald resembles GSP on the ground but is a better striker. He trains out of the same gym.Winner likely meets winner of GSP vs Hendricks.

Macdonald is 6 foot 200 fight day.If George wins he has his hands full.

I thought George's was at 185.Thought he looked a little heavier through the hips recently.I think it would be Georges toughest fight.

That's right, Georges' walk around weight is close to 200lbs. The problem for those two in a fight would be the breaking of their love bond.

Macdonald will likely leave the Tristar gym.

I've got a feeling from what Georges has been saying lately that he's only got 2-3 more fights at 170. Whether that means moving to 185 or retiring I don't know, but I would think it's likely he'll vacate 170 around the time Rory is about ready for a title shot.

You could be right! Rage against the dying of the light Georges, lets gets some finishes.

Agree Bana, Georges has become frustrating to watch, he had a few chances to finish off Diaz and he went for a take down when he had him beaten on the cage. He also had a lot of chances to take his back, it was likely what Diaz wanted but still GSP needs to take some risks again.
