Hey,
Im new to the foum and have a few questions if anyone out there has some first hand or just answers in general....
I have been training for the last 2 years and approx 30days ago started taking the EFX Test charge.... Seems to be working great..... The only thing is that it recommends that you dont take it for more than 30 days without a 7 day break ..... Is it safe to take it for longer than that... sayyyyy.... a 60 day cycle then a 7 day time off.... I dont want to take the week off yet...lol.... its prob a dumb question... but something I would like an answer to either way....
