Hard earned for sure. Would be interesting to see this guy standing relaxed.

What's to critique? Standard fare for a gymnast.

Well Nate, this guy is certainly going to be a smaller man than the average bodybuilder, but your seasoned opinion on what you think is strong and what is lacking would be appreciated, did you view the first one with Wendler?

although these guys are smaller dudes usually i still am usually very impressed with their development and thickness. its also interesting to consider these guys are very lean all year round and are able to develop very muscular bodies using some very different methods than bb'ers

Men gymnasts usually have great upper bodies but lack size in the legs. A lot of their apparatus work is primarily upper body. There was, however, one male Canadian gymnast who would have made a great bodybuilder because he also had the thick powerful legs. He broke many beat boards and floor panels while competing and training.

These guys are always in great shape because they train year round. They don't have off seasons like we do in bodybuilding. They are always learning new skills and therefore need to keep their weight in check.

Unfortunately you don't have a picture of his lower body.

Almost for sure his lower body is much lighter than a bb'er that squats.I would be interested in hearing your input at times due to your gymnastic background,I think maybe you developed a high fiber count from this Maria?Due to my shoulder I have been using rings for dips, ring flyes, presses, pullups and chinups,I think they could be beneficial added into the mix.I would be interested in having a big strong guy try these.

Big thick legs are counter productive for a gymnast...he needs to be powerful up top and light on the bottom...also as Nate said standard fare...size is relative...by themselves they look huge...because they are lean and muscular however take a pic of them beside a national level bodybuilder of the same stature and they will look much less muscular...its all relative.
