Decided to Start a New Log. Old one felt stale.

Not training for anything in particular right now but am interested in maybe competing in a powerlifting event soon. Have been dealing with a lot of injuries sustained from my job as a roofer. Especially last winter working in the cold I would tweak something working or in the gym and it just would not heal and turn into a chronic problem. Finally, I am starting to feel pretty good though I have a few sore spots. Left quad, right low back and golfers elbow on both sides but the quad and back are healed up pretty well and the elbows only bother me badly if I am pulling underhand.

My lifts have come up a lot recently. Been eating tons and just finished the first 3 weeks of Wendler's 5/3/1 so have a deload week coming up.

Body weight is 180-181 in the morning.

Best recent lifts. All those are raw and no belt.

Overhead press 150x5
bench press 275x1, 225x7
Squat 305x4
Deadlift 385x7

For working as a roofer I'm surprised you have anything left to train back.

It's been tough. Had to pretty much stop training low back completely for awhile. Haven't made a 1 rep PB in deadlift for well over a year now. Been slowly building back up doing low back on friday night so I would have sat/sun to recover. Seems to be going good. I am not going to roof through the winter again so I plan of training like a crazed animal starting in a few months.
