I am hearing it's official boys! The Canadian Bodybuilding Championships will be held in Edmonton, Alberta on August 18th, 2012!

Whatta ya think? Who's in?

should be a nice show, got a friend prepping for it. i'm currently taking the year off and getting ready for the 2013 nationals :)

So it's on the 18th and I turn 40 on the 16th :) That means I should be able to compete in the Masters division. I'm old, but still improving =) Well I hope I'm still improving. I was going to train for Atlantics, but a huge family issue putting a wrench in it... so if I don't do Nationals this summer, I'll never do it.
