Just picked up a bottle to try it out, wondering if anyone else has used this or uses it and what their opinion is on it?

Great for off season gaining...when dieting fish oil is better.

I actually asked Udo Erasmus himself that questions. He replied that the combination of Omega 3-6-9 is better for health and gaining weight but it is much better to diet using omega three from fish oil mainly because there is no need for conversion from flax to DHA/EPA and it promotes more fat oxidation via "uncoupling effect" as he called it....you can google this as it gets quite scientific.
