so im thinking of what I want to do when I rehab my injury and get back into the gym and get back to where I once was, where i want to go from there.....simply two cycles im thinking of
1:
650mg test E 15 weeks
400mg deca 12 weeks
50mg winny near the end to harden up

or

2.
750mg test E 16 weeks
450mg tren e 12 weeks
200mg deca (joint help) 12 weeks
50mg winny near the end

what do you guys think would be a better cycle.....im leaning more towards the 1st because its pretty simple and great for mass and from where I'm at now when I eventually get healed up and training routine i might enjoy that better than the 2nd but im open to opinions...and yes i would have the appropriate ai and pct agents for these proposed cycles incase your wondering

Tren is one of the harshest steroids you can use. Not healthy at all! Very bad for the lipids, tough to recover. Tren cough and getting out of breath very easily can't be healthy...

Winstrol is bad for the lipids, even at 50mg.

I would stick to test and deca only for mass building. Like you know, around week 8th, gains usually stop. You have three choices (stop the cycle, up the dose or switch to a stronger anabolic (like tren). IMO, 8 weeks is not enough to take significant gains. 16 is ideal.

I would do:

1-8 test 750mg/week
1-14 deca 400-500/week
9-16 test 1000mg

*Personally I would use 1000mg week 9-12 and then 1250mg week 13-16. Also, I like to front load the drugs the first week

How about just test? With a solid diet and training you'll be back where you were no problem.

Save the other shit for when you *need* it

I agree with nate. I did a test only and I really liked it. Cheap and effective. Adding deca to the cycle can help your joints, but sometime I can make it worst! With deca, I dont feel any pains. The day after, you might realized that you went too far and injured some tendons. Happened to me many times and had to back down for a week or even more... Not fun when you want to improve. So last cycle, I used test only and consumed 6g of high quality fish oil and I had one my best cycles with minimal sides.

I frontloaded and used 750mg till week 8th. I added an extra 250mg every 3 weeks until I reached 1 500mg. I do not recommend this cycle to anyone. It can be dangerous... I know how my body react. Im having blood works done all the time.

thanks for the replies guys....yeah i might save the tren for another time and winny...and you do raise a good point about the deca and not feeling the actual joint and tendon pain till later on....ive never frontloaded before might give it a shot....i dont feel like kickstarting with a oral like i use to do back in the day
