Ok, when you get to the point where you barely have energy to get up and walk....although you still workout just fine...what do you use? Aside from ECA, would you recomend B vitamins, efa's, MCT's, BCAA's or anything else besides just sucking it up lol. ECA works well but the crash is the problem. I take BCAA's, and I think they may be helping a bit but I would really like more energy at times....mostly at work. At work, I just feel completely useless. A good b vitamin mix maybe?

Sounds like you are simply cutting out too many calories. Also I find that all I do is simply eat less, no low carb, no carb etc. I can't function mentally without carbs.

Nicotine gum works well once you've got your stomach accustomed to the gum. Again don't overdo it as you'll crash. It's good for appetite control. Nicotine gum is NOT the same as smoking.

Still get your cal's up. And don't be afraid to get some carbs and protein (shake is good) before a workout.

I think your talking about dieting for a show right! Well, pretty much suck it up........LOL.. I dieted 22 weeks last time an I felt like it should have all been over at 6 weeks out. I completely lost my motivation/focus......It was far to long for me to diet. Less is better provided you stay in shape in the off season.

Ya sound like your on a very low carb diet,or very low cal diet,but sound more like a low carbs,if you are then you just have to suck it up,Clen,or better yet Helios will help big time.

I agree with stimulants too get some energy before you head out to the gym.

honestly i found that towards the end of the dieting the clen/helios do absolutely nothing for energy levels, they just make you burn through the very limited amount of carbs you're eating faster.... for me efa's can make a difference if you're doing low carb/low fat... otherwise just suck it up and keep on trucking cuz if you're taking any fat burners chances are your cns is already maxed out so more stimulants won't help.

I could'nt agree more about the stimulants and cns max out while dieting for a show. Near the end in particular!
I have found nothing to help energy except good old perserverence and drive, this is what sepertates the dedicated from the rest.
