Oh my god, Kris needs to be bitch slapped.

Understand the goal. Muscle mass. 25lbs in18 months is a lot and full body circuit training wont get it there. For hockey players looking to add a bit of lbm but boosting strength in an endurance fashion will work but not for the goal at hand.

"Mr. Andrews also recommends that Mr. Scott dial down protein powder by assigning one shake to post-workout nutrition, and then switching to calorie-dense granola, trail-mix and dried fruit."

Granola & trail mix over protein shake with some olive oil etc .......Yeah i dont think so .....

You need to lighten up and stop being an abrasive asshole. Of course I have small man syndrome, most bb's under 5'7" do.

You always sound like you have small manhood syndrome.

Why on earth would they get this guy to critique Teddy bear's program?im not sure it was meant as a critique but rather a different approach but the problem is the different approach offered by Chris failed to take into account the goal of Ted's client.

By the looks of Kris Andrews he really knows how to pack on the muscle mass.

Favorite part “I'm not saying ‘Don't do bench press and don't do this and that,’ but training muscles in isolation is old news for clients and athletes looking to gain lean mass." lol Since when is bench press an isolation exercise? What athlete wants to gain fatty muscle mass? Upper lower split +4 times a week and you will be looking at stalled gains in a few weeks, for a natural trainee IMO, that is.

He actually replied to my question on his youtube video:

"Hey Kris. What's the best snack to put on mass?

A handful of Trail mix or a protein shake blended with fruits and olive oil?"

"Hey. Sorry, I've been away. I think the shake would probably be best post workout only. I'd still eat the trail mix as a snack though. Try and eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible. I hope this helps."
