RIP BCABBA Bodybuilder Alan Wrinkler

Big Al passed away Aug 20, 2011
he was 37 yrs old
heart attack in his sleep

he was a gentle giant, such a nice guy
originally from South Africa
I helped him with his 1st BB show back in it must have been 1997 or 8
we trained at the same little hardcore gym "Wild One" in the hood of Surrey
back in the days when we all trained like mad men & everyone in the gym was like a family
i knew Al since i moved back to Canada in 1993
he also lives in the building beside me
it was a sad day to find out he's gone
and he will be missed
i will post as soon as i hear about a service

Al's sister Lucie just texted me she is just on way meeting with funeral director
and will give me details of the service once they're finalized.
I will let everyone know
