Hi Everybody,
I've been looking for a canadian BB online community, glad to find this one!
A bit about myself, i'm 20 years old, 5"11 and i strated training about 5 years ago. I had a 4 year hiatus mainly due to discovering the wonders of the female body. Anyways, i just started training heavy duty again three months ago. I cut from 175 @ 19%BF to 165 @ 10%BF, and in the past 3 months i'm back up to 173 with around 10%bf.
Currently i use a fair amount of OTC supplements, my diet is 95% impeccable, and my training regime is quite intense, if someone is interested i can provide a split.
My goal is to be hovering around 195 with 6% BF in 5 months. Obviously, some vitamin t will be used in order to achieve that, but since its my first time i expect high gains.
I kindof jumped the gun, and created a document to showcase the program that i will be using during those 12 weeks. It ended up turning into a sortof mix between a newbie guide and training program, but there are many things that bb'ers of any level can take away.

Please dont judge too harsh, i know there are a few typos, but 99% of it is accurate.
I feel like i have a pretty good grasp on the use of OTC supplements, so if anyone has any questions about what i use or the program, please feel free to ask.
