Hey P i was wondering if you could shoot me a quick critique, i want to make sure i am building evenly. My pecks kind of look weird when I'm flexing them... not sure if its just due to tone or not but they look normal when I'm not flexing.

I should note that i don't really have any experience with posing and what not so if you need any photos taken just let me know.

Thanks Again

Bob

Sorry about the photo quality.

I would say you are fairly symmetrical and proportionate...nice upper back and rear delt development...half your body is covered up? Lets have a look at those legs...

Hey, sorry for the SUPER late photos... i have a cold... and I have lost 2 1/2 weeks of my vacation working trying to get on vacation... and i now have a girlfriend... i am sure you understand...

Please note i have absolutely no idea how to "show" my legs or flex them appropriately... So i got home from a bike ride and my muscles felt tight so i figured it was doing it for me =D

I can do 6 plates on the leg press which i believe is 315 total? not sure. I can do 155 lb squats, i am more concerned about getting a deep squat then a heavy squat. I have built my legs up with about 99% cardio and this is the results. I weigh 135 lbs in these photos.

(i was fairly uncomfortable with the idea of these photos but i have faith in you)

Just a word of advice cardio does NOT build legs period! Yes proper squat depth is vital but deep squats wit 155lbs will not build any appreciable leg mass...you need to learn how to squat first and then gradually start pushing up some higher numbers...it will be alot of work but if you want legs you need to get seriously busy!
