So i tried eating 1 cup brown rice with several meals and have since gotten fat...ugh. New diet plan is as follows , please any help would be appreciated

Meal #1 8 omega 3 eggs , 1.5 cups oats
Meal #2 50 gr protein shake , 1 cup almonds
Meal #3 10 oz chicken breast , 2 cups mixed veggies
Meal #4 10 oz chicken breast or lean beef , 2 cups mixed veggies , 1\2 cup almonds
Meal #5 50 gr protein shake 2 tbl spoons natty peanut butter
Meal #6 8 omega 3 eggs OR 2 cups egg whites OR 10 oz chicken breast 1 cup mixed veggies

Current stats are as follows.... 6' , 230lbs (196lbs contest) , fat (% unknown but no more visible abs) , drug using . I tried adding more carbs and only got gooey , feel as though im chasing my tail....need any help please , thanks !!

1. Meal 1 reduce eggs to 4 whole eggs and 8 whites... oats reduce to 1/2 cup (measured dry) for meal one...add a handful of frozen raspberries
2. Meal 2 reduce nuts to 1/2 cup
3. Meal 3 8oz chicken breast is enough and add 1/2 cup cooked brown rice to meal 3, plus 1/3 cup nuts
4. Meal 4 should be shake 50 gr protein shake 3 tbl spoons natty peanut butter
5. Meal 5 should be 8 oz lean beef + veggies + 1/3 cup almonds + 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
6. Same as meal 1 but no oats OR 8 oz chicken breast + 1/3 cup nuts + veggies
