Breakfast: -1 Cup steelcut Oats
-10 Egg white(30GP)
-1 Grapefruit


10:00AM: Whey protein Isolate + Glutamine + Creatine Kre-Alkalyn (30GP)


Lunch: -Chicken Breast (40GP)
-Brown rice
-Brocoli
-1 Grapefruit


Post-Workout Shake: Whey protein Isolate + Dextrose(50G) + Glutamine + Creatine Kre-Alkalyn (30GP)


Diner:-Salmon (40GP)
-Brown Rice
-Brocoli


Before Bed: Whey Casein(30GP)


This is a new diet for me, im starting to workout again after a long layoff.

Should i add/change something?

Hey Acer! I would personally swap maybe 2 of the egg whites in meal 1 for one whole egg, take out the shake at 10 am and make it a solid food meal, and lastly ditch the grapefruit at lunch.

I redid the diet as fitnessmodel45 told me

im 205,5.11 looking to gain lean muscle mass and minimize bodyfat gain.

And why adding a whole egg? theres 5G of Fat in this... whats the purpose behind adding the whole egg?

I eat a dozen eggs for breakfast. I'm not fat. Mcdonald's will make you fat.

Why add the egg/eggs? Cause they taste good, it's healthy fats, its easy calories(your trying to gain weight), its cheap, fats slow digestion. Get omega 3's.

Toss your kre-alkalyn in the garbage thats all its good for. At 205 you still need to eat more than that.
