Hi all,

I started taking 1/2 scoop of '1.M.R.' product yesterday. I think my sleeping was kinda changed, I woke up almost 5 times last night and today morning I am not tired at all. Will my body coop with this product? Is this the typical affect you get from using this product?

Hey i have been using this product for a few months now, NEVER take it 2 days in a row, take it as early in the day as possible but 30-45 minutes before your workout, and take Melatonin (vitamin B6) before you go to bed, just one.

If i take it at 6:30 pm, start my workout at 7, finish at 10, go to bed at 11:30 and don't take melatonin, i will be wired until 4 am, and up at 6 am wide awake. Then crash around 4 pm the next day >_< But the melatonin helps me relax and sleep like a baby so i can get some muscle recovery done.

1 MR is insane with a kick of what was i thinking >_<

Yes very true. Its crazy stuff, I sweat more then normal. Got to get a results....good to see that you have got nice result. keep pushing yourself. Gonna see result next year summer.

Does this product make your hormon's messed up? I have had high sex drive since yesterday. even though I had action twice last week.

Eventually you can end up with adrenal fatigue and not be able to function without it...you will need to wean yourself off and recovery takes awhile and is not fun...I would really suggest avoiding these stimulant based products...if you need a pick me up...grab a large Starbucks coffee before training...if you need more than that you need to look into your nutrition and sleep patterns.

That's the best pre-workout product I've tried, this thing practically gives me the chills, very strong stuff ... and yes, do not take this after 5pm, sleeping will be difficult.

Will continue taking it before 5pm. But again, I dont get to my gym til 6.30pm :( not sure if its good to have it 90 minutes before my workout.

I guess it depends on what time you're going to sleep, but then again, everyone's different. Try it 30 minutes before and see what happens.

I love 1mr. Just make sure you cycle on and off. I do 2 weeks on, 1 week off ... works best for me. Like others mentioned, never take it before 5. If you workout 6-7, just take it at 5. Its still going to be in system.

Yeap thanks for all your advices. I should get up and hit the gym before its gets too late :)
