Looking For Coaches In Edmonton!

Hello There!

I am looking for someone to coach me in Edmonton. I am considering doing the Muscle Beach Classic in the Bikini category this year. It is approx 12 weeks away.

However I have no idea if I would be a candidate to do it or not. I may not have given myself enough time to lean down.

I would prefer someone I could see in person and not just online.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have receieved the suggestion of Brian and Donna Logue and while appreciated I am looking for someone else! I have used them before and did not prefer their methods!

I would prefer someone who believes in keeping essential fats in the diet.

While I do want to compete and stay competitive staying healthy is just as important to me and I don't want to give up my fish oils!
