Hi All,

I have been reading the review's people been having on Ripped Freak online. There are mix results and reviews.

Anyone here has any feedback on this product?
I am 5'11, 188 pounds, I want to come down to 179.
But I am also working out on a 3-day cycle with 1 day rest. I am in process of getting bigger chest, bigger arms, bigger shoulders. But I dont want to build muscle over fat.

Any information would be useful.

you could drop that much fat in 2 weeks without any burners at all just doing morning cardio on an empty stomach having some green tea before you start. ripped freak will help, but you are talking about 9lbs here. Thats very little in the scheme of things.

Use the mirror to judge your results, not the scale. You can build muscle and burn fat at the same time so the scale doesnt always tell the whole story. Clean up your diet and hit some cardio in the mornings 4-5x a week and youll be there in no time.

To lose body fat you need to be in a calorie deficit...to build muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus...when someone figures out how to be both places at the same time please let me know. I would suggest doing a search for the Palumbo diet for 200lbs man...run that for a few weeks and youll hit your goal...do 25min cardio every other day in the morning before breakfast to start.

^^ are you saying that when people change their diet to high protein and fat and reduced carbs they will gain zero muscle while burning fat? It is IMPOSSIBLE to gain ANY muscle while burning fat at the same time?

That seems a little far fetched.

I only support fat burners if someone is trying to lose 50+ pounds of fat.

I started at the gym at 155, 8 months later i was 160, 4 months after that i was 140. During my process of going from 160-140 i took my bench press from 95-185 lbs and bulked a ton of muscle! I think i lost more like 40-50 lbs worth of fat and my non muscular weight would be more around the 115-120 lbs which is light but I'm 5' 6"

Cardio = love

^^ Its absolutely possible to build muscle while leaning out. Im not saying its the most efficient or effective means to do either but it is possible. Nobody is going to win a bodybuilding show with this method, but that is not most peoples goal anyway.

You look really good in your avi dude. Nice progress. Well done.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I do my everyday cardio (20 minutes), even the days that I am resting. I also do my abs workout everyday (~3-4 workout exercises). My goal is to lose the fat on my body and in the mean time, gain my muscles. I have a personal blog that I keep track of my daily progress. :) its a nice way to keep myself motivated. A typical result on a 3-day cycle would be visible within 6-months correct? Is there any good supplements that is good for gaining muscles while working out?

abs everyday??? that's not going to help. abs are a muscle like any other muscle in the body. It needs rest to repair just like other muscles.

best products for helping gain mscule are protein powder, creatine and l-leucine!

Any good gain muscle protein brand you would recommend?

Currently, I am taking 1.5 scoop of 'IsoFlex' chocolate flavor protein after each workout of mine.
