These look like a promising non stimulant way to help speed up lipolysis. Literature on them is relatively new and not abundantly in depth, but these little ketones seem to have some interesting effects on oxidation of fatty tissues.

Anyone used these yet as part of their fat burning stack? I know they exist already in many burners but Im wondering if anyone has added them specifically to their diet and noticed any changes or improvements.

Possibly an excellent addition for those who are highly sensitive to stims and dont tolerate them well.

Post your thoughts.

Im thinking a good stack to give the CNS a break while still being as efficient as possible might be:

Raspberry Ketone
L-Carnitine
Green Tea Extract (moderate dose of EGCG at least)

Also may be of use for those exiting a clen or ECA stack and trying to reduce or eliminate any rebound effect while maintaining their progress as much as possible (obviously closely controlled by diet as well).

I seem to remember seeing something about raspberry ketones inhibiting androgen receptors. Better Google it.

When given to mice in high doses (up to 2% of food intake), raspberry ketone has been shown to prevent high-fat-diet-induced elevations in body weight.[8] This effect is reported to stem from the alteration of lipid metabolism, increasing norepinephrine-induced lipolysis. Although products containing this compound are marketed for weight loss, this effect has not been studied in humans.

Dr. Oz had a good segment on raspberry ketones, along with CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) for fat loss, on Feb. 6/'12. His guest nutritionist/trainer has seen amazing results with individuals using ketones on a regular basis. However, she also said that diet and exercise are preferable for any fat loss program. :cflag
