best protein??

ok so what is clearly the best protein hands down,bang for the buck.i know many products are not regulated and could contain betty crocker cake mix ,but are there any protien powders out there that can prove what they contain and are the real deal.

was just going though the post and thought my experience will help you not much but at lest in some manner or the other.
