Hey guys, so far so good on the cycle aswell as all the info im getting from all of you. Great site Im lovin it so far.

What I need to know is some proper training advice. Right now I hit the gym around 3-5 times a week.


One point I want to make clear is that I am not the least bit worried about my legs because I am happy with them at the moment, and I am not looking for a perfect body, just a good upperbody at the moment, So lets focus on that. Thanks

My sched looks like this:

1.Back/Chest/Lats

2.Arms (shoulder,bicep,tricep,forarms)

3. Repeat 1

4. Repeat 2

5. Off

6. Loop cycle


Is that a decent schedule? Or should I be focusing on less muscle groups in the day. I dont understand why working 1 muscle group a week would be better then working it 2-3 times a week. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Its been working so far, well imo.

Back and chest is way to much for 1 day, try splitting them up

Chest/tri's
Back/Bi's
legs
delts/calves

Throw in abs once or twice a week, working your legs will improve on your body as a whole so you should really think about doing them.

I go 2day on 1day off I do Chest/abs back/traps thigh/hams/calf shoulder/tricep/bicep and forget about the forearm!LOL

Yeah the 2day 1day off works for me to, gives the body some time to rest in between workouts
