I have found that I much prefer to do my cardio in the AM on and empty stomach rather than later in the day or post workout. It seems to be working quite well for my fat loss goals without any added stress to my system or muscle loss.

I would like to know if drinking a 10 cal Vitamin Water (1.5g sugar) with 10g BCAA's mixed in during the cardio is detrimental or helpful to this cardio session? Many claim BCAA's to be useless or useful, depending on who you ask I suppose, but I like them. Im curious if the 1.5g of sugar will delay or reduce the fat loss especially when coupled with the BCAA's?

My logic for using this combo is that I simply cannot stomach the taste of BCAA's on their own, and I have a surplus of this 10 cal around in which to use and it efficiently masks the taste well. Is this something I should even be concerned about or does this combo not really matter in terms of consumed calories during the session?

i personally wouldnt take bcaa or "vitamin" water if fat loss is important to you but thats me. every once in a while you read someone says they take bcaa before or during cardio but it seems mostly to be people who are terrified of going catabolic

I would drop the vitamin water...its crap anyway...the BCAA you can use or not...but you wont lose muscle without them. If you want a better cocktail use 5g creatine mono (Creapure) + 5g BCAA + 200mg caffeine + a single serving Crystal lite all in water.

^^ cant afford the shipping lol. I think bcaa's are useful despite the general consensus to the contrary. I cannot drink them in water though, they taste like garbage. I think Canadianprotein.com is coming out with a flavoured version of theirs which i will most likely try

SHipping on 2 tubs of the 90 day supply of the BCAA Plus, is $17.63.....with your canadabb discount code the total with shipping comes to $95.20 for a boat load of quality BCAA that dont taste like crap, you will want to drink them all day long, I do....seems affordable to me.

^^ are you serious? Is 2 tubs 90 days total or 90 days each? Thats wicked nice of you dude, Im in London. The problem with flavoured BCAA's is that they seem to be WAY more expensive than the unflavoured for some reason. I dont see why a bit of sugarless chemicals costs so much to add in but whatever. How much are they from TP by the pound?

Its 90 servings, so it says. And honestly I find a 90 day supply to last a lot longer than a month easily. I take 2 scoops intra workout, and usually 2-3 scoops throughout the day. I will let you know when I order next, within the next week or so.

^^ that seems like a small fortune to pay for 30 days worth. how much do you use per day? I only use 5-10g max and I dont even use it every day.
