So, i was just wondering, i've been using pure creatine monohydrate, glutamine peptides, and pure whey.
Am i, or have i been using the right products?
The reason that i'm asking, is because there's been alot of talk recently with MMA fighters using over the counter ionized whey, with creatine monohydrate. who have been fired from the UFC.

I guess my question wasn't clear enough, what i was trying to find out was, by taking these supplements, should i be worried about the whey, and creatine combo changing or digesting, and transforming to steroids?
Cause there's been some talk about these supplements not being natural for weight training.

Please find me a whey that turns into steroids, I want some.
People invent all kinds of wild theories as to why they were suspected of usage.

Whey protein comes from milk, Glutamine is naturally the most abondant amino acid in human blood and for creatine, here's what Will Brink has to say...

Unless you have some crazy magical enzymes in your body, this supplement cocktail wont turn into steroids!
