My friend just grabbed some 50mcg clen tabs and she wants to run a clen cycle prolly straight through for a few months.

What is the best way to dose these tabs if she has zero experience with fat burners. She is pretty fit already and her diet is decent, but could be improved. She is not looking for a magic pill but just wants to ramp it up safely. What is a good incremental increase with these size tabs?

Break the tabs in half...star with 25mcg twice daily and increase the dose 25mcg every two weeks until you hit 125mcg daily max...then leave it there the duration of the diet and taper of when finished.

So you dont rebound...cutting T3 or clen cold turkey will result in rebound., water retention (clen actually acts as a mild diuretic)the taper is not linear...you immediately drop to 25mcg ED for a week, then 12.5ED for a week...done.

Can she not run it like this as well? Start with half a tab per day for a week, then a full tab per day for 6 weeks, then a half a tab per day for the last week, then off. Total weeks on= 8 weeks.

The dosage is too low for decent fat loss and the 6 weeks at the same dose will cause attenuation and dramatically slow fat loss...not an efficient way to run clen.

I have tried a few ug versions and even at 300mcg's, no shakes, no sweats.. no cramps..pure garbage.

Hopefully she isn't using one of those brands.

grab some magnesium and taurine for cramps

I had hamstring cramps...wanted to cut my leg...
