This has happened to me a couple times. I did a 2ml glute injection a couple days ago with some enanthate and now my left hip region is put me out of commission for a couple days. The only thing i can think was this happened again is i am not on any estrogen blockers and this is my body saying to much test in you? I used aromasin to remedy this last time went away in 3 days or so.

my cycle looks like
1250 test enan wk
600 deca wk
hgh 2-3 iu am 2-3 iu pwo
igf-1 pwo
insulin .. type 2

It has nothing to do with estrogen...conversion of testosterone to estrogen takes time..and you dont get edema in a day or two...its coming from something else...most likely whatever is being used as he solvent or carrier in your test...ie BA or EO...and this is giving you a reaction.
Insulin will also cause water retention.
