Whats up Boss?
I have a wedding I have to go to in early September and I wanna lose a quick 5-7 lbs of body fat to look good for it. (The more the better actually) I know how to diet and I know how to workout but I am willing to try a very demanding cardio routine just to lose some quick fat. ( I am not worried or afraid about losing some lean muscle mass too).

What would you recommend? H.I.T? Jogging? Rope skipping?

Also, what would you recommend to a bodybuilder competitor who needed to decrease bf% in a similar timeline as I have stated?

Any feedback/advice/recommendations would be most appreciated.

The fastest way to lose BF and maintain muscle would be to go keto and and do moderate paced cardio...ie fast walking outside. Run the Palumbo diet but keep fats at 15g per meal...start cardio at 40min once daily and increase by 5min every week..when u hit 60 min split up the sessions...do cardio before eating in the morning then post workout.
