230 calories is pretty low, maybe not for a Somalian refugee but it's low.

True. It is fairly low cal I guess, just not low carb. It doesnt claim to be low carb, perhaps I just often find the two synonymous with one another as often thats how supplements are marketed. Looks easy enough to make though. Right on.

haha yeah, its definitely not low carb. i do have some other low carb stuff on my channel though.
