Hey Prae, just had a few questions for you if you don't mind:

1. Do you weigh your meats (chicken/steak/fish) before or after cooking them?

2. When measuring say for example, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter..do you level off the tablespoon? And do you use actual measuring spoons or just a regular utensil tablespoon?

3. When measuring say 1 cup of cooked rice...do you bother to weigh out 1 cup (6.9 oz.) or do you just take a measuring cup and scoop the cooked rice and pat it down?

Thanks you in advance!

*ALWAYS WEIGHED COOKED

2. When measuring say for example, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter..do you level off the tablespoon? And do you use actual measuring spoons or just a regular utensil tablespoon?

*ACTUAL MEASURING SPOON... LEVEL OFF WITH A KNIFE

3. When measuring say 1 cup of cooked rice...do you bother to weigh out 1 cup (6.9 oz.) or do you just take a measuring cup and scoop the cooked rice and pat it down?

*USE AN ACTUAL MEASURING CUP AND FILL IT UP WITH COOKED RICE...PAT DOWN LIGHTLY

Thanks you in advance!
