Hope this is the right place to ask this...

If one is to use GHRP-6 to promote GH release and given the fact that GH releasers are best injected just before bed how does one deal the the hunger that is an additional effect of the drug? I don't particularly want to have a huge meal just before bed - especially since food in the stomach (even casein protein!) tends to blunt the GH release - which seems to me to defeat the purpose of taking GHRP-6. Would it be better to use GHRP-6 say pre/post workout and something like GHRP-2 or Sermorelin in the evenings to facilitate the GH release without the hunger?

Thanks in advance!

shoot it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and 30 minutes before your workout (if possible). those are the best times to shoot ghrp. your body will maintain natural pulses at night, it needs no help and keeps you from downing a big meal before bed.

Thanks for the help, #8. So you don't think it's necessary to enhance before bed? I'm an older BB'r.

i think that is probably the least beneficial time to shoot it seeing as that is the time in which your body will most easily make it yourself. you want to boost it in between the times when your body is doing it. If you wanted to add a 3rd injection at that time it might prove to be effective also, but the hunger issue can be severe. Ive tried it and it is very real. I got used to it after a while and was able to ignore it for the most part. Good luck.

Older guys don't produce as much gh at night.Pin the #6,wait 30 mins and have a low fat protein shake before bed.

Yep, Id add in the night time shot as well, the hunger issue never struck me. Id hit am, post w/o, and pre bed all without carbs.

OK, so what do we make of this? I got the GHRP-6 and have been shooting about 100mcg per shot and...no hunger at all? Nothing. I'm 220 - should I be shooting more? I actually had a huge steak at the ready before my first shot, just in case... :)

I get ravenous hunger off 100mcg of GHRP-2 (which is supposed to not be as hunger-inducing as 6)... I was ~200lb when using it. Where did you get it from?

I always use a trigger plus amplifier.

Something like Ipamorelin before bed would be ideal (no hunger sides). Id shoot @ 100mcg x3 per day. First thing in morning on empty stomach, post workout, and before bed. You might want to use GHRP6 in morning and post workout and use Ipa before bed.

Note: you should be using an amplifier such as CJC 1295 or Mod GRF-129. You will MUCH get better results.

Very good info from all.
I'm a bit overwhellmed at all the different peptides available, and am trying to figure out the best combination.
From posts from users and product info, it appears that GHRP-6 + Mod GRF-129 may be the better combo compared to GHRP/GHRP-6 + CJC-1295?
Also, where would FRAG-176-191, Hexarelin, PEG-MGF and Ipamorelin fit into the equation or are they necessary?
Because some of these peptides increase IGF production, is there a benefit to using IGF1-LR3 or IGF1-DES?
