Great show and I have to brag for a few people....first my better half had the show of her life winning the womens GM BB, the womens HW BB, the overall BB, the Ripped Freak and Best poser award....Nancy Clark (Kelford)...not bad for a 47 yr old and I'm going to brag for JonnyO who is to humble to say it but he trained the Mens Overall BB winner and my wife after training mens overall winner last year Ram Gill.. so 3 of the last 4 BC overall winners out of the same camp....kudos to JonnyO....few shots of her throwing it down (purple)

A huge congrats to my team members and good friends Nancy Clark for winning the Grandmasters Div/Ripped Freak Award/Best Poser Award/HW Div and OVERALL...wow. And Rowan Vrooman for winning the HW mens Div& OVERALL. JonnyO you have molded 3 BC Provincial Champions in 2 years. I am very honored to be part of this camp. Razor its 12 weeks to the Nationals, lets represent BC well.

Big time! Had that guy that got 2nd looked liked he did at night for the morning show he would have won his class. Butt hat young guy once he fills out in the right places will be very good, same with Ricky Chan...more back thickness, thighs and hams and look out!

She busted it every day and was lucky enough to stay healthy right thru this time and the no injury situation was key....I wasn't sure how it was gonna go after PJ as I focused so much on her and was glancing at the other girls so I didn't have a good read on the other HW girls..Dawn had a couple good competitors in there and Tamara is always so shredded and competitive and was bigger ...the other 2 awards caught me way off guard

He was row E on the left side as you look at stage...not in center section. I'd send u a pic but not sure if he'd want that as he has many stalkers after the last 2 yrs results...now everyone wants to be his client..lol

lol ya they had me stand up I felt embarrassed it wasnt my time to shine, lol. I just lay out a plan and its up to the person to execute it and I was lucky enough to have 2 clients follow things to the T and train to win and nothing else. That makes me very proud. I just do this for fun really and it's turning out really well for the people I been working with. I have two awesome little boys, a great wife and I work full time shift work so my days are over 15 hours long from the time I leave the house til I get in, then I work on training and diet programs. I barely get into the gym myself these days, lol. I pick and chose my clients I work with so the end results are worth it. I dont want to just train someone for a show, I want to train someone I think has the potential to win the show.

The guy who got 2nd in middleweight is Jeff Messinger. He won the kelowna overall this past year. He is my head trainer at my gym here in campbell river. Great guy, and lives the sport. Plus he's all natural.
