I am wondering what forms of gel and injections are most commonly prescribed in Canada, like which ones are usually stocked in pharmacies?

I guess the script depends on your needs / dosage / frequency. I got Delatestryl 200mg/ml. It goes in like buttah.

Delatestryl = Test E

androgel

does it come in different strengths? are people happy with it for absorption in getting levels high enough?

maybe, but I want something to take a break from injections, and the idea of more dht from transdermal appeals to me

absorption rates are not comparable to an inject.....why soo against needles? you are better off with the shot...more stable blood levels etc....

Testim has about a 30% better absorbtion rate than Androgel. Stay away from Oral Andriol, even though it bypasses the liver and not liver toxic it is hit and miss with the dosing and getting an optimal result. I have been on Compounded Cream before from Smith's Pharmacy on Yonge St and I have tried the gels too. However I do not absorb creams or gels and currently on self-administerd Sub-Q shots of Test E 60mg X 2 Weekly which keeps my Total Testosterone at 25 nmol/l on a range of 10 - 30. Remember to have your Dr. check your levels after 4 - 6 weeks (not 3 or 6 months) of starting any form of TRT and do not use your gel/cream before any blood tests. For shots best to check on day 3 after injection. Also if you don't have benefits Testim or Andriol can cost $400 to $700 a month depending on dose compared to $45 for 200mg of Test E.
