Hey, I was watching this Ronnie Colman video over the weekend and in this scene where he was making breakfast he had this huge container of egg whites! I pretty much live on egg whites and am always buying them in these expensive 500ml containers. Anyone know where to buy big super-duper sized containers in Vancouver? Thanks in advance.

They certainly seem to have large quantity containers on their website. I emailed them to see if they can give me a list of retailers in Vancouver, as I have never seen their products in the stores I go to. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for all the info, guys. I think my Costco membership is still valid. On the other hand, Reflex is much closer to where I live! At any rate, lots of options and lots of protein to come!

I wonder, can I freeze egg whites?

Yep you can. I use ice cube trays; 1 cube equals one egg white. Freeze and put them in a freezer bag. Google it for more information...
