Hi Prae,training in my garage for the summer,no decent leg curl machine,what is your opinion of how the standing leg curl should be done with a cable attachment?I feel moving the thigh slightly back at the top of the movement provides the greatest contraction.

I think it all depends on the type of machine as the leverages can be quite different...as long as you train in the full range of motion and use significant weight for 6-8 reps you should get optimum development.
